At ITKernel we take our users' privacy seriously and are committed to protecting their personal data. This page explains how we collect, use and protect information.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: your name, email and password (stored hashed; we cannot read it).
  • Learning data: the courses you are enrolled in and your progress in lessons.
  • Purchase data: orders, amounts and coupons used. Card details are processed by the Kashier payment gateway and are not stored by us.
  • Posts: the comments and discussions you publish on the platform.
  • Technical data: such as IP address, browser and device type, used to protect your account, improve the service and pick the right currency for your country.

2. How we use information

  • To create and manage your account and sign you in.
  • To deliver learning content and save your progress.
  • To process payments and send purchase receipts.
  • To contact you about support or updates to your account.
  • To protect the platform from misuse.

3. Sharing information

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We rely on service providers to run the platform, and they receive only the data they need:

  • Kashier: payment processing.
  • Bunny.net: hosting and streaming course videos.
  • Brevo: sending emails (verification, password reset, receipts).
  • Cloudflare: protecting and accelerating the site.
  • YouTube: when you play free lessons hosted there.

We may disclose information when the law requires it.

4. Data protection

  • We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) on every page.
  • Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed.
  • We restrict access to the database and keep systems updated.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to run the site, such as the session cookie that keeps you signed in and a language preference cookie. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings, but disabling the necessary ones may stop you from signing in.

You may ask to:

  • see your personal data;
  • correct your data or delete your account;
  • withdraw your consent to the use of your data.

To make a request, email [email protected].
